For Decades of Excellence — Since 2016, ACX has been at the forefront of discovering, developing, and representing our culture through fashion and creativity.
the beginning
Founded by
Vamba Freeman
African Clothing Exchange (ACX) was created with the vision of building a platform where Africans and lovers of African culture can exchange, showcase, and celebrate African clothing.
Many African garments are beautifully crafted and worn only once for special occasions such as weddings, cultural celebrations, and ceremonies. ACX was created to give these garments a second life by creating a space where people can exchange, resell, and showcase traditional and modern African fashion.
Through fashion shows, vendor marketplaces, and cultural events, ACX connects designers, models, vendors, and fashion enthusiasts while promoting sustainability, cultural pride, and creativity within the African fashion community.
